Decide to improve YOU!

“People are anxious to improve their circumstances, but are often unwilling to improve themselves; they therefore remain bound.” — James Allen

It usually is not enough for us to simply “will ourselves” to change behavior.   We must have a motive for change or we will find ourselves back in the same old patterns.  One of the greatest lessons in life is that of taking responsibility for our own actions.               Let’s be clear, it is no one else’s responsibility to manage our health!

When are the times that we have had the tendency to put blame on others?  How can we take more responsibility of our overall health?

Elbert Hubbard says it does not take much strength to do things, but it requires a great deal of strength to decide what to do.

Remember that successful people in life don’t just do stuff.  They have the desire to do great things coupled with the focus to stay on course. Take 10 minutes to focus on the things that are that matter most to you concerning your health, then write them down.  Things that get written down get done.

Make the decision right now to improve YOU, and your circumstances will soon follow.
